I didn't receive my password for my study guide
First let's check your spam folder or that your firewall hasn't blocked the email.
The password would have not been sent if you opted out of marketing emails at checkout. Don't worry we don't spam!

Where do I save my ebook study guide?
You can save your study guide on any device as its linked to your email. You can save it on your phone, tablet and pc.

You can use any PDF reader, iBooks or Google playbooks to save and view!
My link to download has expired!
As per our Terms and Conditions it is your responsibility to download and save your copy of your ebook before the link expires.
We know accidents happen so we can resend a link but this will only be done ONCE.

Don't worry the password NEVER expires!
Can I print the ebook?
Yes of course!
The ebook is filled with high quality colour images. there will therefore be a lot of colour when printing. Some colours may be darker than on screen.
Where is my Smart start video series kept?
Go into your profile at the top right icon after creating an account. Once you have purchased the video workshop it will be accessible under "My programs".
